We're asking you to consider reaching higher in your giving for next year if you possibly can. In other words can you move up a step? But actually isn't giving more about your relationship to God and your love for the church more than anything else? That's the way it is with me. I give because I love God and I love the church. My pattern is 10% of my income or a tithe. It's biblical and it's a sacrifice. I"ve been doing it for so many years though that I don't think about what I give and when and why, I just do it knowing it's about what I believe and what I want to do. We are counting on every member, and friend of this church to support the budget we hope to adopt for '06. I"ve also found the more I give to anything the more interested I am in what's going on. I like to take part, not just sit on the sidelines. We need your help. October 9 and 16 will be Stewardship/Loyalty Sundays when we will write down and submit our commitment for next year. Please help all you can. God will bless.
