First United Methodist Church Foundation was pleased to recognize graduating high school seniors, Nathan Bush and Andrew Williamson, with Student Recognition Awards for 2005 presented by Foundation President Norman Shields, Jr. during Student Recognition Sunday ceremonies, July 17. The certificates and cash awards are given annually by the Foundation in recognition of service to First Church by graduating high school seniors to help further their education.
The Foundation salutes these two fine young men for their past achievements and wishes them the best in their future endeavors. Nathan Bush is a graduate of Menchville High School and plans to attend the shipyard's Apprentice School this fall. He is the son of Cindy and Jim Bush. Andrew Williamson, son of Cathy and Dave Williamson, graduated from Summit Christian Academy and plans to attend Thomas Nelson Community College. Congratulations, Nathan and Andrew!
