It is the season of Lent. Christians around
the world, particularly in the liturgical
churches, will enter the penitential season
that readies the heart and mind for Easter.
The cross will be erected and draped in
front of the church on Ash Wednesday
where it will remain through Easter Sunday. The Worship Committee would like to thank Jim Loving, Roy Klingenberg and Glenn Miller for their help in removing the Chrismons, light and tree.
There will be an acolyte training session on Sunday, February 6 at 9:45 a.m. in the sanctuary. Anyone in 3rd grade or older is welcome to attend. |
