Audio Cassettes
Emo Edney has donated four cassette tapes to your library entitled Abraham (Journey to the Heart of Three Faiths) by Bruce Feiler.
These tapes are on the United Methodist Women's Reading List for 2004.
The following books that were on the 1998 UMW Reading List have been incorporated into the regular library books since they no longer count for the 2004 reading program.
Our deepest appreciation to Miriam and Jim Sandstrom for the Compact Disc Player, AM/FM Cassette player/recorder donated to the library. Now you can listen to John LeGault's sermons and various CDs and cassettes in the quiet, relaxed atmosphere of the Library. Stereo headphones are available for individual listening.
Jerry Dodson, Family Life Coordinator
Family Life is sponsoring an International Covered-dish Supper on Saturday, November 15 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Bring your favorite dish from a different country; breads, salads, main dishes, desserts are all welcome. Please bring a 3x5 card to tell from what country it originates.
Following supper, we will be blessed with the music of Blessed Noise. A love offering will be received for them. Child care needs to be prearranged by contacting Jerry Dodson at 599-4527.
