Our unit was well represented at the
District Prayer Breakfast and we
were inspired by the message to
seize every opportunity to do good.
The Prayer and Self-Denial
Program we have observed taught
us about the work of our
deaconesses and the offering went
for their support. In the April circle
meetings we will give funds to honor or
remember our loved ones for the
Candle Burning Service during our May general
meeting.
Again we will do health or school kits which will be taken to Annual Conference in June. In your circle book the articles are listed that are to be put in these kits. Please put exactly what is listed -- no more or no less!
We look forward to the Fashion Show and Luncheon on Saturday, April 5. It is a festive time for our women and Circle 7 does a great job coordinating the event. Many thanks to all!

Let's remember our Hampton shut-ins
in our prayers this month. Also, a Christian friendship visit will be a blessing to them and to you. Thank you. | ||

| I want to express my heartfelt thanks
to the members of FUMC for your
prayers, cards, calls and visits during
my recent surgery. My recuperation
continues to be slow but I should be
able to see the light at the end of the
tunnel before long. Your support and
inspiration mean more to me than I
can say in a few words. Thank you
for your acts of kindness and thoughtfulness as my
body continues to heal.
